In gifs like this I always notice Martin’s “Watson walk.”  He holds his arms out from his sides and walks straight & tall.  You know why?  Because he’s used to wearing something similar to this kit:

And even if you’re not carrying a rifle, you’ve got a pack and belt and flak vest to manage.

Of course, my headcanon for Watson’s army experience is Two Two One Bravo Baker by abundantlyqueer, so my Watson is a fucking Green Beret.  So there.
